Who’s reading who?

So there you are...trying to grow your faith the best way(s) you know how.

You’ve got questions about God you wouldn’t dare ask in public to people around you cos well, … ”errmmm you’re supposed to know those things”. Lol

I mean… you love God, but you’d like to understand “why” a little better.

You feel great about being in relationship with God but all that “changing my life” - “transforming me totally” - “God worked on me” stuff that people are so convinced about, is a still a little fuzzy for you.

Perhaps this is you:

You want to understand God more.

You know that reading the Bible helps, but you are not getting the depth and impact from that as much as you know you can.

Something is off and you could use some help.

If you can relate, I totally get you. Here is the thing:

No matter how long you’ve been in “church”, its ok to have questions and /or have a desire to go deeper.

So as part of the faith series on the blog, I am sharing something that is is bound to help you on that journey. Its a sermon I preached on how to really get more from reading the Bible.

As you may know, I am the lead Pastor at Ignite Church NYC in New York City (A Church plant of The Redeemed Christian Church of God).

This might hit you hard in some places (lol) but I know that it is really going to help you.
